Self Employed Decorator / Maintenance Person

You will have a flexible and positive attitude in being versatile in carrying out day to day works on our property portfolio, both residential and commercial as this is a varied role it requires an individual with experience in decorating as well as the ability to do general maintenance.

You must be reliable and self motivated as well as be able to follow instructions, hard working with a positive can-do attitude, strong experience in decorating – Internally & externally with the attention to details and ability to follow instructions.  A valid driving license and own vehicle to commute between sites is a must.

Hours: Full time, self employed 08.00 - 17.00 Monday - Friday Salary: £120.00 - £130.00 per day depending on ability and experience
